Use your subconscious mind to achieve your goals.
You just woke up, without even notice you´re turning on your TV, or checking your cell phone, you do this routine every day and you assume is normal and don´t put any attention to it, you just keep doing it day after day, you have made it a habit.
A habit is non-associative learning, in which there is a progressive diminution of behavioral response, that is, it is not necessary that you consciously think about a specific activity to do it, if you have formed a habit, you begin to do it without even notice.
Unfortunately, most human beings have attached ourselves to bad habits that don´t add in our lives, wasting precious time, a resource that life give us free, but is finite in quantity in this material plane, since our physical bodies are going to die sooner or later.
Habits are powerful tools we have, but we don´t exploit it, we let our mind make habits unconsciously.
Habits are made by the subconscious mind (the unconscious), which is a part of our mind that consists of the processes that occur automatically and are not available to introspection, and include thought processes, memory, affect, and motivation.
In our daily affairs we are constantly making decisions, and there is always a reason why you choose to do something or not. The fact that you choose to read a book instead of watching TV, or to go out instead of staying home, or to cook your dinner instead of order pizza tonight, is in a straight line associated with your habits and most inner thoughts, even if you think you are consciously deciding what to do. It takes hard work and long time to really awaken our real inner being.
However, we do have the power to choose what information goes into our mind, and that information configures our thoughts and consequently, the reality we live in.
In previous lectures, we have told you that our mind is moldable, that is, you can shape it the way you consciously choose. Our mind is like soil, where you can plant seeds, instead of material seeds you plant mental seeds. Those thoughts shape your mind and reality as well.
In order to evolve, our mind needed repetition for improving tasks that helped to advance as race and habits helped to do that, besides, our thinking like everything else in the universe, is under the influence of the Law of Rhythm or Law of Recurrence, which can be resumed in the following lines: “Everything flows out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right, is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates.”–
If you think about it, habits are the expression in the material plane of this law operating in our minds. That law operates in our mind making us go back again and again to certain ways of thinking, that is why it´s so important for us to feed our mind with proper information.
You can influence your subconscious by repetition.
If you want to achieve a goal, the first step is to write it down. We are convinced you´ve heard this many times, but probably you haven´t done it. When you write down a goal, you begin to achieve it.
When you write down a goal, you must read it again and again, in this process you can improve your lines, getting them closer to what you want to achieve. Once you feel the lines you wrote are the exact thing you´ve thought, stick to that piece of paper day after day, reading it every time you can, but most important, feeling the things you are trying to get as if they were with you already.
You must know that the dominating thoughts in your mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward physical action, and gradually transform themselves in physical reality.
Nature will make your mind seeks expression through some practical means of attaining the things you want, every time you read and visualize the lines you wrote down, you are telling your mind those things are yours, and by unknown processes, the pictures of your thoughts, will match with an identical physical reality, but don´t misunderstand us, it won´t be precipitation from the emptiness, like a miracle.
Remember that our thinking affects our reality in two planes, in our material plane affects the behavior you have, which makes you do or omit certain activities that get you closer or further from your goals, in the bodiless plane, our thinking influence those forces that invisibly link the necessary circumstances for something to happen, in that way our reality is being built.
By repetition of one statement, you begin to believe what is told in that statement, besides, enforce your faith, which means that you are no longer seeking for reasons that prevent that something you want happens, instead, you only believe it will be yours blindly, and by doing that, you put your mind in a state of expectation, that helps you draw to yourself the thing wanted.
It shouldn´t be hard work for you to imagine the things you want when you read your statement, it should be a time you enjoy in your daily routine, if you do it out load will help you more, if you put images you can physically see when you read your statement out load, will help you even more, you must use every physical sense to input your statement into your mind, if you do all this and add feelings of joy and gratitude, will help you accelerate the manifestation of the things wanted, but again, don´t believe it will be precipitation from the emptiness as a miracle, by repeating daily the reading of your statement, you are influence your mind to think in a certain line, that in time will make you do the necessary activities to achieve your goals.
